On Saturday, 20 February 2010, some of the Indonesian Future Leaders team members Muhamad Iman Usman, Niwa Rahmad Dwitama, Dian Aditya Ning Lestari, and Rafika Primadesti, and some volunteers, Dina Fitri, Muhammad Kasyfunnur, and Muhamad Mahathir, again conducted the Children Behind Us activity. This time, we collaborated with some British International School students. The Pre-School class started prior, because the British International School students were available at 10. The theme of the Pre-School class was Art class.

The kids were taught to paint and express their minds on the papers provided using any kind of painting tools, from colouring pencils to watercolours. Besides painting on the papers, they also painted some of the IFL team members’ and also the BIS students’ faces and bodies. It was so much fun!

At 1:30 PM, as usual, we started the class, but because the Pre-School had had the Art class already, the class conducted this time was only the School class. The School kids were taught a basic daily conversation that were then to be demonstrated in pairs. The kids seemed very excited to learn the conversation; it just took a little time for them to be able to demonstrate it well.

The class was as usual dismissed at 3:30 PM. After doing some clean-ups on Rubik, we signed out
